| Shipping & Insurance Policy |

Check the listing details to find out shipping prices and terms. Most sellers ship within 3-7 days after funds clear but our site policy allows 21 days from the time the offer is accepted and funds clear for the seller to ship. Please transfer funds right away to ensure a timely delivery. Buyers needing Express Shipment should use the "Ask the Seller a Question" window prior to placing the order. |

Custom orders for wholesale lots can be placed upon the seller's approval by using the "Ask the Seller a Question" window. If the Seller agrees, the order details will be transferred to the Purchase Order when accepted. | Order Tracking |
|
Janesdeals participated in tracking the orders. If you have not received a tracking number and want to get the shipping status, return to the Seller's Listing and enter request into the "Ask the Seller a Question" window. Be sure to include your purchase order number. The seller can reply back with the tracking number when he ships it. Please Note: Please check to make sure funds have been debited from your bank prior to requesting the tracking number.

Who are the Sellers? They range from large manufacturers to mid-sized retailers, off-price distributors and smaller retailers from around the world. Janesdeals ensures that buyers get what they ordered: no more shortages, damaged goods or empty boxes. Janesdeals holds the funds in escrow between the buyer and seller until delivery. Orders not delivered as advertised can be returned to the seller if reported to Janesdeals within the 24 hour inspection period. Suppliers do not have to deal with the high cost of maintaining a website since our marketplace is filled with qualified wholesale buyers from around the world 24/7. | Samples & Catalogs |

Janesdeals does not own or warehouse the inventory so we can not ship samples. Sellers may send additional images to the buyer, by e-mailing Janesdeals using the contact form.

| e-Contract and Negotiation |
|
Janesdeals is the software that generates the purchase contract between the buyer and seller. Members have unlimited time to ask the seller unlimited questions before placing the order. Please take the time to ask specific questions about the wholesale products and do not place an order or offer if you have not read the site policy. A legally binding contract is created between the buyer and seller when the seller clicks the Accept Order button. The Purchase Order is automatically created between the parties and emailed to the buyer summarizing the product description, agreed price, quantity and shipping charges. Included in the order will be a log of all of the questions and answers between the 2 parties. Buyers are given ample time to review the contract prior to transferring the payment to Janesdeals. When the payment clears, the seller will automatically receive a copy of the contract with the shipping information. |

| How to Pay |

Janesdeals processes the payment between the buyer and seller. Payment methods include cashiers check and bank wire. Funds are held "in escrow" by Janesdeals until delivery to ensure a safe transaction. Read More About Payment Methods.

| International Shipping |
|
Import export regulations vary from country to country. Unless you are an experienced importer/exporter, it is advised to contact a freight forwarder in your area who can save you money on shipping and advise you of unexpected fees and potential problems that might arise in customs. Sellers are responsible for providing all required export documentation to clear customs. Buyers are responsible for paying customs fees (duties and taxes) on entry into the destination country. Sellers who can not provide proper documentation to clear customs will be held liable for any loss that occurs if the shipment does not clear. Buyers unwilling to pay unexpected entrance fees for duties and taxes will be held liable for any loss that occurs if the goods are not claimed. Neglecting to find out import export laws prior to e-contracting does not exempt buyers or sellers from any losses that may occur.

| 24 Hour Inpection |
|
Buyers have 24 hours from time of delivery to inspect the shipment and to notify Janesdeals if the order was "not shipped as advertised". Notifications must be reported by Emailing us via Janesdeals Contact Form or faxing to 650.234.8469 within 24 hours after delivery - no exceptions. If the seller is unable to resolve the problem, the buyer must notify Janesdeals and ship the merchandise back to the seller within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Buyer must pay for the return shipping charges and insurance and must provide Janesdeals with a tracking number and signature confirmation. Refunds and store credits will not be issued until confirmation the goods have been received back by the seller. Janesdeals can not and will not issue cash refunds or store credits while goods are in transit. It is unethical for Janesdeals to issue a refund to the buyer while the seller's goods are in the hands of the carrier. Janesdeals Must have proof that the goods are back in the hands of the rightful owner prior to issuing a refund. The cash refund issued to the buyer will be issued by bank wire or check. The amount is less Janesdeals 12% escrow fee and if bank wire is requested the outgoing bank wire fee of $30.00 will be deducted. If the buyer elects to receive a store credit in lieu of cash refund, there are no escrow fees deducted. The store credit is good for 60 days from the time the goods are received back by the seller. If the buyer fails to follow the instructions on this website due to failure to read the policy and he does not notify Janesdeals of a problem on delivery within the 24 hour inspection period, Janesdeals has to release the funds to the seller because it is our policy and contract with the seller. The sale will close. The buyer can still dispute the problem by contacting the seller directly but there is no promise that you will get a refund from the seller. International Shipments: Failure or refusal to pay incoming customs fees on delivery dismisses the buyer's right to the 24 hour inspection. Shipment will be considered delivered and escrow will close 24 hours after customs clearance. Buyer will be liable for any loss that occurs from not claiming goods. Domestic shipments: failure to accept delivery dismisses buyer's right to 24 hour inspection. Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the shipment is not accepted or refused.

| Authenticity Issues |

Janesdeals is a Registered Online Service Provider. Like the phone company we provide the technology for buyers and sellers to communicate amd make 2-party contracts online. There are no listing fees or membership fees. Our only fee is if the buyer and seller use our e-contract technology. Our fee is taken at the close of the sale and the service fee is Non-Refundable. Janesdeals offers a variety of suppliers and hundreds of items to choose from. All Suppliers agree to ship before payment is released and to ship as advertised. Remember: Suppliers want your repeat business so chances are 99% your order will be shipped as promised. Buyers should ask the supplier unlimited questions before entering into an agreement. Communication is the key and Janesdeals gives you the tools to ask questions, read the answers and inspect the products on delivery. Authenticity issues are strictly between the buyer and seller. Buyer has unlimited time to ask questions and to research authenticity issues before entering into the agreement to purchase. Janesdeals can not advise you since we are not the seller, we are not experts in authenticity and we don't inspect the products sold on Janesdeals. Janesdeals does not sell on Ebay so we can not advise you on Ebay rules. Ebay is a separate company and they have a large help center for members to ask questions on the Ebay System. Janesdeals does not guarantee that you will make a good buying decision and be able to resell the item at a profit. Janesdeals only guarantees to hold your money until delivery and inspection and we guarantee to release funds to the seller after the 24 hour inspection if there are no complaints filed. After the sale has closed and funds are released, Janesdeals will not issue refunds for any reason whatsoever. Janesdeals is sorry if eBay takes down your auction, but do not contact us! Sellers with a Gold Key next to the listing have completed at least three transactions at JanesDeals without any complaints. These sellers are in Excellent standing and buyers should consider ordering through the Gold Key Sellers for best results. Members without the Gold Key are unrated. | The Deadbeat List |
| Buyers and Sellers failing to perform after making a deal are not tolerated. Buyers must send payment when the order is accepted. Please have the COURTESY by not placing YOUR offer or order until you are ready to follow through and PAY. Buyers failing to respond to Janesdeals "Request for Payment", will be added to The Dreaded
Dead Beat List. Please remember suppliers lose time, sales and money if buyers tie up inventory. If you are not a sincere buyer, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. Sellers failing to deliver after accepting an order will also be included in the SAME Dead Beat List
. Don't be a deadbeat by having a little courtesy by checking your inventory prior to Accepting Orders. If you can't deliver, don't make the promise - reject the offer so the buyer can look for another supplier who can ship.
